Terms of stay

1. Registration and documents

To check in, you must present an identity document (passport, ID).
In case of residence on the basis of a legal entity, the necessary documents and a contract are provided.

2. Payment

Payment is made according to the selected rate upon check-in or according to the booking conditions.
It is possible to pay in cash, by card or by bank transfer.

3. Rules of conduct

Guests are required to keep order and silence in the rooms.
Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and on the premises, except in designated areas.
It is forbidden to use electrical appliances that are not intended for use in rooms.

4. Expenses and additional services

Expenses for damage to property or loss of property of the hotel are paid by the guest.
Additional services (laundry, catering, transfer) are charged separately.

5. Responsibility

Guests are responsible for the safety of their belongings.
The administration is not responsible for valuables left unattended.

In case of violation of the rules of accommodation, the administration has the right to refuse further accommodation without refund.

Booking cancellation	Cancellation is possible without penalty 24 hours before the scheduled time. If cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, a fine of 100% of the service price will be charged. In case of non-appearance without prior notice, the reservation is considered invalid and the fine will not be refunded. To cancel your reservation, please contact us by phone or via the website.

Cancellation policy

Reservations are made through the hotel's official website.
The reservation is considered confirmed after receiving confirmation to the email address indicated by the guest on the booking form.
Changes or cancellations of the reservation are possible through the personal account on the website or by phone no later than 24 hours before the arrival date.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival may incur a fine equal to the cost of one day's stay or according to the selected rate.
A full refund is possible if the reservation is cancelled 48 hours or more before the arrival date.
In case of cancellation in less than 48 hours, no refund will be made or a fine deducted.
Early check-in or late check-out is possible by agreement and at an additional cost.
