Terms of stay

1. Регистрация и документы

Для заселения необходимо предъявить документ, удостоверяющий личность (паспорт, ID).
В случае проживания на основании юридического лица — предоставляются необходимые документы и договор.

2. Оплата

Оплата производится в соответствии с выбранным тарифом при заселении или согласно условиям бронирования.
Возможна оплата наличными, картой или безналичным платежом.

3. Правила поведения

Гости обязаны соблюдать порядок и тишину в номерах.
Запрещается курить в номерах и на территории, за исключением специально отведенных мест.
Запрещается использовать электроприборы, не предназначенные для использования в номерах.

4. Расходы и дополнительные услуги

Расходы за повреждение имущества или утрату имущества отеля оплачиваются гостем.
Дополнительные услуги (услуги прачечной, питания, трансфера) оплачиваются отдельно.

5. Ответственность

Гости несут ответственность за сохранность своих вещей.
Администрация не несет ответственности за ценные вещи, оставленные без присмотра.

В случае нарушения правил проживания администрация имеет право отказать в дальнейшем размещении без возврата оплаты.

Booking cancellation	Cancellation is possible without penalty 24 hours before the scheduled time. If cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, a fine of 100% of the service price will be charged. In case of non-appearance without prior notice, the reservation is considered invalid and the fine will not be refunded. To cancel your reservation, please contact us by phone or via the website.

Cancellation policy

Reservations are made through the official website of the hotel.
The reservation is considered confirmed after receiving confirmation to the email address indicated by the guest on the booking form.
Changes or cancellations of the reservation are possible through the personal account on the website or by phone no later than 24 hours before the arrival date.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival may incur a fine equal to the cost of one day's stay or according to the selected rate.
A full refund is possible if the reservation is cancelled 48 hours or more before the arrival date.
In case of cancellation in less than 48 hours, no refund will be made or a fine will be deducted.
Early check-in or late check-out is possible by agreement and at an additional cost.
